Calusa Ballroom and Terrace
Accented by graceful chandeliers, warm colors and soaring ceilings more than 22 feet high, any gala event held in this expansive venue is sure to be memorable. Set a special martini bar on the spacious mezzanine level, or delight your guests with delectable dessert stations staged on the elegant terrace. Formal dining seating for 560 or reception capacity of 726. The adjoining terrace accommodates 600 for formal dining and 768 for a reception.


Estero Ballroom and Terrace
Choose this gracious junior ballroom and adjoining foyer for your grand banquet and reception, with capacity to seat 380 for a formal dinner and 484 for a reception. The Estero Terrace easily accommodates bar stations and hors d'oeuvres for pre-dinner cocktails.


Blue Heron / Great Egret
Choose the distinctive Blue Heron or the Great Egret for intimate gatherings of your closest family and friends. Invite up to 130 guests for a formal dinner or 168 for a cocktail reception.


Royal Palm / Cypress Courtyards
These two lush outdoor areas offer memorable settings for ceremonies, banquets and receptions. Treat your guests to the exquisite natural beauty of our Estero Bay setting while they help you celebrate your love. The Royal Palm Courtyard accommodates 1,080 for formal dining and1,368 for a reception. The Cypress Courtyard accommodates 580 for a formal dinner and 737 for a reception.
