Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to twelve guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications (Dance floors are for indoor functions only).
We can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
All wedding ceremonies are to be booked through the Catering Department of the hotel. The hotel offers designated areas for wedding ceremonies: Wedding Pavilion, Cypress Courtyard or Royal Palm Courtyard or any of our indoor function spaces.
Outdoor ceremonies - Due to the demands of scheduling staff and equipment movement, the hotel will decide on the day of your function whether the function will be held inside or outside. If the weather forecast calls for 40% chance of rain or higher, extreme temperature, or lightning, the party will automatically be moved inside to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
Ceremony facility fee - The Hotel will charge a Facility Fee of $2,000.00, plus tax, for use of the location for the ceremony, whether indoor or outdoor. Back-up rooms will be provided for all outdoor ceremonies. Decorations, flowers, officiant and entertainment, are not included in the ceremony Facility Fee.

Self-parking, as well as paid valet parking, is available for your guests. Hosted valet parking can be arranged as well.
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation. The hotel charges a fee of $3.00 plus tax per person for cutting and serving any cake from an outside bakery.
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00 PM. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit (25% of contracted minimum) will be required with the signed contract. Your event will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the event. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed. All food and beverage charges listed in menus are subject to a service charge and state sales tax unless otherwise stated.
A final number of guests is required by 11:00 AM three working days prior to the commencement of the function. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly.
